what is the time limit for filing an appeal in the higher court against the order passed by the court of Hon'ble M.M. not taking cognizance of the office becacuse the charge sheet was not filed within the prescribed time period ?

you may file an appeal within 60 days of the order and in case its an interm order, then its 30 days.
