Is there any time limitation to file 498a or it can be filed anytime? Can it be filed after 1.5 years of the incident?

Limitation is there and FIR u/s 498-A IPC can be register after fresh incident and it can be filed after 1.5 years of the incident and for more clarification u may contact me

A complaint u/s 498-A will be maintainable after 1.5 years, if the victim has not condoned her husband's action.
