Re: one time payment of alimony
There is a ruling of the Supreme Court which makes the applicability of a foreign court divorce decree conditional. You ought to take the matter seriously and get this handled properly.
Re: one time payment of alimony
The divorce obtained by your husband may not be legal. However, you may decide about future course of action : if you want divorce, you may file for the same in India and claim maintenance; if you do not want divorce, you may file a suit for declaration that the divorce obtained by your husband is null and void; and that you are the legally wedded wife and entitled to maintenance; you may seek maintenance under H.A.M.A.
Re: one time payment of alimony
125 Cr.P.C. proceeding does not contemplate one time alimony.
