Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
A Trade Union President has sent a letter to us under the official stamp of the Trade union where he has signed as also he has appended the signature of the Secretary and the Treasurer. On checking closely however it has been noticed that the signatures of Secretary and Treasurer are not theirs but has been misrepresented and forged by the President. Is there any criminal charges I can bring against him? Are there any ways by which we can bring charges against the Trade Union or take action against them
