Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

i transfer a amt of 3.5 lac by cheque to someone against return cheque for some days,but he didn't give me return cheque run away & also refuse to pay.
I would like to tell the full story,A person a comes to me & introduced as a natural products suppliers & tells me about his partner B & his father, A comes again & again for a month & get my confidence. Then he ask me a some amount of 3.5 lac , i said i cant give you that amount without security then he convince me to give the cheque with the name of B (personal account) & he will give me the return cheque for the same. On monday 28 May he comes with B & father , i was not available at shop & he called me & ask for cheque , i said i am out then he said if cheque with me i can drop any Icici bank in B account,Mr. B send me msg of his account with amount & i did msg for return cheque & i droped the cheque in account , they said they are waiting for me to give return cheque, when i reach on my shop B & his father & A is run away & not available.can i get my money ??? i have only prof of voice recording with B, is there any chance to get money back with any case.
