Transfer of case to another court of Judicial Magistrate
under what section can a case be trasferred from one court to another court? What should be the contents of the petition for the same?

There are different sections and procedure prescribed for transfer of cases from one court to another within one sessions division, outside district, outside state etc.
Your question is not clear on nature of court and nature of transfer.
