My Question is there any time limit / limitation for filiing Transfer Petiton in case of criminal case before the Supreme Court.

You need to check Rules framed by the Supreme Court in that behalf. You can visit site of Supreme Court and find out.

As such not but it must be at earliest and there should not be inordinate delay.

there is no positive provision statsing limitation however before hearing starts it is desirable to move such petition
