Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

I am under tremendous pressure to issue a post dated cheque, what are the tricks involve to issue it so that it could not create any offence under u/138 ?

I have borrowed the amount with a specific interest rate for business, now the party is asking for the amount immidiately and pay a cheque for security reason.

sir,we do not have any written agreement regarding this credit ,a small amount has came to me through cheque .

Whatever amount you have received through the cheque pay that amount through cheque. Do not issue any cheque ,if you are not going to pay back.It is certainly going to be problem at a later stage.
