Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

Tresspassing charges(434, 447) and My House was demolished- Want to file Defamation case

I was charged with false tress-passing allegations and I was acquitted from the case. Shall I file a defamation case against police and Tahasildar along with complainant? Tahasildar, Complainant also removed my house illegally in the same place. Shall I file criminal case against them after my acquittal?

Dear Sir / Madam,

Area of jurisdiction : Mugalivakkam, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu.

IPC 434 - Mischief by destroying or moving, etc, a landmark fixed by a public authority.

IPC 447 - Punishment for criminal trespass.

What matters now is whether you were adequately compensated for house demolition by the public authority that demolished your house. If you have not been financially compensated, you should file a criminal case in the District Magistrate Court.
