Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
could u plz tell me the procedure to compromise a non compoundable case 363/366. the affidavit or something like that has been provided by the oppsition party to us . how to prceeed further? will the case be compromised in high court?
kindly elaborate the procedure...

One of the meaning of compounding is compromise.
As such, there can't be any "procedure" to compound or compromise a non-compoundable case. However, there may be some practical ways, which you may discuss and decide in consultation with your lawyer.
