what do u mean by the following terms..??
1.)Hamdast granted.
2.)ad-interim relief in terms
of prayer clauses (c) and (d). S.O. after 4 weeks.
3.)Leave to amend granted.

this is not related to criminal law but civil. in a civil suit, amendment is granted and application for stay is posted after 4 weeks. hamdast could mean dasti orders.
