Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my uncle has been falsely named in the statement given by the main accused during the investigation under a cheating case which is non-bailable, and now the main accused has commited suicide, now what will be the evidentiary value of the statement given by the main accused? will my uncle be arrested basing on the statement made by the main accused?
