if I have undated cheque can I go for case if those cheque bouced due to not sufficient fund

in case the date is not mentioned, it is not a valid instrument. you need to approach the issuer for the date.

You should first put a current date before depositing in the bank; if the cheque is bounced, you may take appropriate legal action.
