Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I understand from my lawyer , he says if we file perjury during the trial. trail will be delayed till the disposal of perjury case. Is it true. Please let me know.

Check high court rules in that behalf. Most high courts framed rules to register perjury cases as a separate case.
