I m not undarstandin.Why?My 156(3) is pending trial in court from 1.2 years.All document,s subbmitted and complete arguement is also done. but court is not doing order in my 156(3).I want to go in high court u/s 482 with my junior advocate.I am not able to hire senior advocate like you. I want to write in my 482 petition that trial court is not undarstanding my complaint,s cognizance form one year and from 12 dates and not doing order. There fore complainant has left with no option but to file the present 482 petition.I want to take FIR order from high court.1st query- this language in 482 petition that trial court is not undrasting my complaint,s cognizance from 1.2 years and from 12 dates and not doing order- this language is contempt of trial cort or not ?2nd query - Can I take FIR order from high court ?
