a unmarried girl carrying pregnancy of seven months,suddenly accuses a person of rape without any evidence or witness... is there any way to save the accused without being harrassed by the police

Yes the accused has remedy under section 438 Crpc . He can move an application to Sessions Court or to High Court fot an anticipatory bail.
