Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
urgent assistance needed
Respected Sir,
I am a reputed employee in a government college for past 25 yrs at a supervisory level.From past few months the junior assistants in the college are sending me vulgar sms and harrassing me, when i did not respond to any of their messages they in reverse made a complaint againts me to the management now the management will set up its enquiry. But before the enquiry begings i want to lodge a complaint against them, i request u all to suggest me under what section i should file a case against them. thanking u in advance
