Urgent SB
I gave a cheque on 2004 it was bounced, once notice came but i was not there to receive, now after 3 years warrent issued against that. But i am out of station. they were searching me. but local police helping me. They want me to salender at high court. what should i do if i am not in position to pay.

You have to either pay or either surrender as no options left. Please consult a lawyer as soon as possible.

If you fail to appear despite warrant, you will be declared absconding accused and your properties will be attached.

When the notice issued by court is avoided by the accused then court issue warrant.You can contest the case but there is no way to avoid proceeding.Surrender before court and also apply for bail.

No options except pay or surrender. You are going to suffer for your negligence.Only advice"Engage a lawyer immedieatly".
