Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
Is it valid to serve a notice or summon for 125 CrPC to an US citizen by ordinary or registered post? What if he does not accept it or if he does not get the summon in time?

apart from ordinary and registered service, the summons may also be sent through the embassy or consulate and also through MEA.
