Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i am a victim of false allegation like dowry,torture etc.
i pay rs.1100 for 8 months. after that i dont pay since 24 month as per 125crpc.
still they dont claim.how i will escape from it.
if i suffer one month jail i will get escaped from 125
they calim 125, is they clam as per 24 also.
