Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

hello, I am vikas singh. I live in faridabad, haryana. I love a girl who is minor and she is in Jabalpur, Madhya pradesh. We are in long distant relationship. We have been talking to each other from last 4 months and we find ourselves quite comfortable with each other. Though we have never met each other physically and there has no contact physically whatsoever. Just via phone and internet is the only source of communication with her.

Few days back, her father discovered about our relationship and he threatened me of police action. Please guide me what kind of police action he can take and what could be the possible measures that i should take in those circumstances.

Just for your information, I am ready to get married to that girl. she is 16 years 2 months old. there has been the confession of love from both me as well as her side. I have no intentions to against her family incase they do not agree for the marriage once she is major. However, we are still talking to each other secretly. i have clearly told the girl that if her family is not ready for the marriage after 2 years once she is major, we wont be getting married and we have no intentions to against their wish like going for court marriage or something like that.

I would like to confirm that I am not getting married before 2 years till the time girl is minor. I will marry her once she is major. Please tell me can her father still take any action against me. As he has trreatned me that if i talk to her daughter he may take action against me. Therefore, will I be considered guilty if I talk to her and can i be executed just for talking to her?

If his father files a case against me, what could be the preventive options that I wold have in that case?
