about visa
Can any 1 get UK or USA visa if criminal case(498A/195/120B/198) is pending in the court and he is in bail?If he hide the fact and manage to get the Visa of those countries and entered into those country what type of punishmet he is to face in such case.In this context can he get a new Indian Passport after expairy of the old one on april?

We have extradition treaty wth UK and USA so you can be brought back and after cancelling bail can be imprisoned.Take court's permission for renewal of passport or for visa.

Much depends on the conditions of bail imposed on accused.
In case of accused traveling or staying abroad with a view to abscond or not available for trial, then his bail is liable to be cancelled. There is no punishment prescribed.
Issuance of the passport can not be withheld only on account of pendency of some criminal matter.

You may not get an visa in this case and your bail can be cancelled if you dont abide by the terms and conditions.
