A criminal case 498A and 406 has been lodged agenist mr A and mr A is now in bail by court.Mr A has left India for UK wthout proper permission and know of the judge. The matter was disclosed to the judge and the judge asked mr A to atten the court on that date his lawyear pleaded the judge ,as mr A is attending the court ,when ever he is called for .so on this ground mr A has not break any rule of the bail bond condition and there should be no objection of the court for his visit to UK(London). There should be no need of taking prior permission of the judge for such visit. I may kindly be enlightend as to how mr X can go to UK when he is in bail condition against the case mention above .Can he visit the UK for long time( for 2 years uk visa)? in this condition if so the rule may kindly be mention, If not then also pls mention the rule.

Please read the BAIL ORDER.

There is usually a condition in the bail order that the accused shall not leave the jurisdiction of the court without prior written permission.

The bail of the accused may be cancelled on this ground.

That would depend on the conditions of the bail. Breach of condition of bail may lead to cancellation of bail.
