Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
If a warrant is issued in 138 Negotiable Instruments act on the accused being absent for just one time, then what is the procedure to get it cancelled? Please advice

your lawyer may move an application for cancellation of warrant giving the reason for your absence and that it so happened for the first time.
