you need to move an application for cancellation of NBWs before the court that issued the same. consult a lawyer.

Give more facts. For warrant - warrant of arrest - you will have to seek cancellation by an application. But
if you meant that you warrant a case under 138 and you need to know the defence under such cases, you have to give all facts
