Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
i wass not granted bail as i use to sell edible oil to a person and then even bought a property from him...that person is mixing up both these things and got a warrant issued against me which was rejected in the lower as well as the high court..the police has not yet filed the chargesheet....and i am stck after doing nothing.the bail is not being granted.....how do i escape of not going behind bars

What are the charges against you ? Why dont you apply for anticipatory bail.
