Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my wife was affected in mentel illiness problem past 6 years....but when she take tablet that time ok,she is normel...after marriage we know that...then i asked my wife medical report that's all........my wife family asked her to file 498a case on me and my family.
now my question is mentel illiness person can file FIR or not......and how to i face this...please advice me....Tq
