You may consider seeking anticipatory bail and prepare your defence. However, if possible, try to reach an amicable out of court settlement with her and bring the dispute to an end as soon as possible.

the answer to question relating to challenge:
There are two ways of doing it. One, at the time of framing of charge before the trial court where charge sheet has been filed, argue that 498A is not made out and you be discharged from the offence.
Secondly, once the charge sheet is filed you may straight go to high court for quashing of FIR
