my wife has aproch social service branch an dthe social service branch had summmonce me for the same, i was out of place, i m not living with my parents and the dept has called my mother for my contact adress, which she was not having, i m not living with my wife since last five year, now i heard that summons had been issued and police had came to our house, but no one was t my house, and police wintback i came to know that they have registered case of 498a against my family what should theu do.
