my wife filed a complain against me, my parents, my brother and my maternal uncal without gde through court complain 156(3). I ask question can filed 156(3) without gde?

your wife can file a complaint to the police directly or go via women cell or file a private complaint to the Magistrate and seek registration of FIR u/s 156(3) of crpc.

If police did not register any complain then any person may approach the court u/s 156(3) or u/s 200 to register his case. Though section 200 takes long time but u/s 156(3) magistrate have powers to direct police to register any criminal case.
