Legal Question in Criminal Law in India

my wife has filed fake 498A case against me and my family

we got the bail

than she filed fake 294 case to cancel my bail - that was also rejected

i have filed divorce case in family court

she filed section 24 asking for money

all the above cases are in indore

today we got the notice for section 125 in dhar

i have two questions

1) can both the cases section 24 and section 125 run at the same time in different court

2) we dont have any children , i stay with my parents - both governement employee - i have no liabilities - how can i fight the case ...one elder sister and she is married ..
