My wife filed a false case of dowry against me in women cell after one year of marriage. she didnot come to my house since marriage nor we stay even a single day or night jointly. Now she is asking me for 10 lakh for mutual divorce. we married in arya samaj mandir without the consert of my and her family. can she claim or my family can be arrested against false dowry case
