Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
my wife filed a false dowry case and threatening of murder against me and my family members...I am going to police station weekly basis for conditional bail. she had taken jewels and has given a acceptance letter for taking the jewels. But she now refused to take the jewels. I have her acceptance letter for taking the jewels. How to prove i am not asking any dowry and threatening? kindly clarify...

You can move a complaint against her also. You have good scope of quashing complaint U/S. 482 of Cr. P.C.
