Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My wife filed a fasle 498a case on me for different reasons..we got anticipatory bail ... . after all these i came to know that my aunt and brother-in-law involved in a 307,sc/st atracity case.. now they are saying that it is a false case booked by me through 3rd party.. i know the person who booked the case against them.. and now they are saying that it happened coz of me...that person went to their house after seeing the advertisement for the sale of their shop.. my aunt told him she wont sell it for SC/ST people and immi they jumped into quarrel and brother - in-law hit that person with rod on head.. how could i am responsible for this..he immi filed a FIR under sc/st and 307.. suggest me how do i have to come out this..
