Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My wife not living with me from last 04 monts, Yesterday she give a application to local police for Dowary case. Yet any FIR not filed.
I ask to my lower he told to me for file RCR against section 9a case. Is this help for me in future?
What I will do in this stage�.Please advice.

if complaint has already been filed, RCR in my view is already late. You may take a chance by filing RCR
