wife lodged a complaint u/s 498A IPC and DP Act in police station and the police reffered to couselling center. The center compromised the matter and the husband paid half half amount as per the agreement and the remaining will be paid at the time of the divorce. both have filed divorce petition with mutual consent in the family court, later wife deviated the terms and filed another case of harassment through private complaint, reffered and registered now came for trail. what would the value of the agreement at train for acquital
