Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My wife in her RCR petition claims that I have illicit realations with so many girls and I am a man of bad character. What counter cases can I file? Can I file 506(b) as she is raising questions on my character?

Firstly disproved her plea and then u may file divorce or may file complaint of defamation

You may consider filing a cross case seeking divorce on the ground of cruelty.

Yes you can file case of defamation. but you also have to prove your self innocent.
