Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
My wife is from Uttar Pradesh, She give applications in favor of SSP Rajasthan, SSP Uttaranchal and woman shell, New Delhi for false dowry case against me and my family.
What I have to do in this point ?
Where I apply anticipatory bail i.e. U.P., Rajasthan, OR Uttaranchal ?
What about the woman shell ??
Please advise me

you can apply for anticipatory bail where the complaint in women cell is lodged.
