My wife wanted to get 498A withdrawn or compounded in High Court of Jabalpur. Were looking for process to follow for withdrawal and good lawyer who can guide us.

your lawyer needs to file a petition for quashing and for that purpose, even one lawyer can represent you both in the high court. once the divorce is granted by mutual consent, quashing may be done faster.

498 can be quashed through high court.
