Official Liquidator steps into the shoes of the company under liquidation.
Inform court about liquidation proceedings and appointment of liquidator with request to issue summons/notice to him/her.
Official liquidator may choose to continue with prosection. Else case come to an end as dismissed for want of prosecution.
