what will be the final amount if accused is wants to pay the cheque amount

In criminal trial, amount of cheque or payment of amount is inconsequential for the Court.
You should be discussing with the complainant for compromise or compounding and arrive at mutually agreed amount, which may be less or more then the cheque amount.
