Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
I will give 5 lac loan in cheque for one person and in agreement his relatives is give me surity and signed make agreeement in the presence of lawyer before me and person agree for payment me in monthly emi rs 20833=00 in 24 month now after one emi they are not giving me my loan return now what should i do pls guide me
