WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW AFTER RECEIVING THE SUMMONS FROM THE COURT CASE FILED UNDER 138-NA by the accused

on the very first date, the accused has to appear and present the bail bond along with one surety. The offence is bailable. Once the court accept the bail bond, the court will frame notice against the accused. the matter will then be listed for complainant evidence wherein accused will have right to cross examine the complainant to prove his defense.
