Legal Question in Criminal Law in India
after winding up of complainant company what will be position in N.I.act.whether official liquidator will follow the case on behalf of complainant company . complainant company has not filed the civil suit on accused company .

Winding up proceeding does not effect the proceeding under N.I.Act.
