is it possible to withdraw 498A case.If yes,then how?

an f.i.r. u/s 498a cannot be withdrawn as it is not a compoundable offence. the same needs to be quashed by the high court.

498A IPC is not included in the list of compoundable offences U/s.320 Cr.P.C.
Consider quashing.
