Can I withdraw the complaint under Sec 498a against my husband ? If so, how ? I am fed up.

Is your complaint pending before Crime against Women Cell ? If yes then you can surely withdraw the same . If a FIR has been registered against your Husband and your in-laws then you have to move a petition u/s 482 CrPc before the High Court .
