Kindly guide can a complainant withdraw a dowry case filed u/s 498A and if yes in what conditions?

No the case cannot be withdrawn.

Yes,if any compromise arrived between the parties or if the complainant wishes to withdraw her complaint.

it is not withdrawn. you have to get it quashed from high court
