witness of accused signatures which actually did not taken in presence of me

Dear Sir,

if i am a wintess of accused signatures which were not taken before me but i had signed as witness later on in good faith, should i depose before Judge that i do not know anything about this case and accused signatures were not taken before me or please tell me what should i do .
