A women committed suicide.Suicide note was found blaming her husband.Her fathers family did not lodge police complaint.Police recorded fir against husband on basis of suicide note u/s 306.What will happen.Will the husband be arrested and have to take a bail or bail be disallowed.What are the consequences against the husband and his family members.

you have to get bail immediately, coz police may arrest you at any time, coz 306 is also a serious offense. better to hire any good lawyer or send us your details and may be we can help you, but for that you have to send your copy of FIR, your detailed story alongwith when you got married, how many children you have and what why your wife committed suicide and if any complaint etc.
