Women filed 498a against MIL nd FIL only.Disowned son cooperating with her to extort money and properties from his parents.?any suggestions plz would help...

Is the FIR has been filed or the complaint of 498A has been filed against MIL and FIL. Where is the son ? Please clarify.
It has not be indicated in the query as to whether it is a FIR or private complaint.
In case of filing of a police case, initial step is securing anticipatory. Thereafter one may consider approaching high court for quashing of FIR.
In case of a private case, one may consider commencing with trial as soon as possible. In a false or cooked-up case, there are excellent chances of getting all the possible material by way of evidence.
